The Macanta Amenity Center in Castle Rock, Colorado is a state-of-the-art recreation facility that features a swimming pool and a clubhouse. Each division of Colorado Hardscapes contributed to the project, making it a true team effort.
The Rock & Water division was responsible for the 3,830 SF turn-key pool, while the Flatwork & Walls division handled the installation of 7,000 SF of broom finish flatwork pool deck, 436 LF of coping, and 400 LF of ACO Trench Drain. The Special Projects division installed the 1,200 SF of salt and pepper finish polished floors and MicroTop-ST on the countertop and front side of the grill station.
The GC for the Macanta Amenity Center was A.D. Miller Construction Services who took on the construction of the amenity center. The pool area also includes surf stones and bubblers.
