At AMLI Broadway Park Apartments in downtown Denver, our team worked for general contractor Milender White on two amenity decks, one of them with a pool. For the pool, working with Aquatic Design Group, the team installed precast coping with a bullnose grip in Dark Grey, sandblasted and painted depth markers, a Baja shelf and a weir-edge water feature.
The amenity-deck ramps, steps, patios and planter walls, and the Sandscape flatwork around the building, were completed by Colorado Hardscapes.
