At Lyric, Shea Homes’ community in RidgeGate, our team constructed a 4,000-square-foot swimming pool for Waner Construction, with design by Sage Design Group. The project continued an established working relationship with Waner Construction.
One of the most intricate aspects of the project was the wall transition between the children’s area and the main pool. This detail required careful coordination of structural requirements and visual design to create a cohesive finished pool.
