At Novel RiNo, an apartment community in Denver’s River North Art District commissioned by CC RiNo, LLC and built with Milender White and Land Design, our team constructed a 25,304-gallon swimming pool and a 5,659-gallon spa.

The project’s sidewalks, curb and gutter, right-of-way concrete, planter and Sandscape walls, steps and interior floor staining were completed by Colorado Hardscapes.
